I was honoured to read at the The Bra Lounge in Red Deer for their #ReadfortheCure event in support of cancer research.
Thanks to Sheena Johnson for hosting this event. Always excited to take my Midge Doll and Nancy Drew books out for an evening . . .

Separation Anxiety has been to bookstores, bars, and bistros but this is its first bra store. (First bra — now there’s a story.)
This event at the Bra Lounge gave us time to share stories, celebrate friendship, and shop — all in support of #ReadfortheCure. It’s a perfect fit.

Paper Label Sleep is based in Vancouver, and has been a supporter of the Vancouver branch of Read for the Cure since it began in 2013.
In 2018 they designed a sleep shirt for readers to celebrate the love of reading while raising funds for Read for the Cure.
These sleep shirts were sold at the Bra Lounge, and all proceeds were donated to #ReadfortheCure.
